1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 83bd9 ("83bd9", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://83bd9.club. Where multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended, all balances will be forfeited, and the player will be permanently barred from the platform.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of services available on 83bd9 — including depositing funds, placing wagers, and requesting withdrawals — you must complete the registration process and create a verified player account. Registration is free of charge.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

83bd9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus principles set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and this section, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Random Number Generation

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 83bd9 platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited behaviours listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, misleading, or doctored personal information or identity documents during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Multi-Accounting: Operating more than one registered account, whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment accounts;
• Underage Access: Attempting to access or use the platform if you are under the age of 18, or knowingly facilitating access by a person under 18;
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder, conceal, or convert the proceeds of any illegal activity;
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to place bets, complete wagering requirements, or otherwise interact with the platform;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to share hand information, signal strategies, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage in any multiplayer game;
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly exploiting any software bug, game error, or pricing error to gain a financial advantage. Any winnings derived from a known error will be voided regardless of whether the error has been reported;
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback with a payment provider in bad faith after funds have been wagered on the platform;

8 Account Suspension & Closure

83bd9 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: a breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification; or a self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your 83bd9 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure of your account in good standing, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard identity verification and anti-money-laundering checks. Voluntary closure requests are typically processed within three business days.

8.2 Closure for Breach

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms — including fraud, multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or money laundering — 83bd9 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including both deposited funds and any accrued winnings. Such decisions are made only after investigation and are not taken lightly. 8.3 Self-Exclusion

10 Amendments to Terms
